Yes. Creator tiers - Rising, Star and Legend - pay tokens when you reach them and every month after, once your characters have earned enough points, and the weekly vote pays the winner. Points come from what subscribed members send your characters, and from every person who subscribes after arriving through your character's link. A character passing 100, 1,000 or 10,000 conversations earns a badge on her card and on your profile.
Three usual reasons: she is still private, her first photo has not finished generating, or she was removed for breaking the rules. Open her page from My AIs and check her visibility; a public, finished character appears here within a few minutes.
